Performance assessment are the kind of assessment that goals and aims for developing skills. Performance based assessment is not just taking skills and assess it, because assessing performance based is about how they mastered the skill. In my observation reflecting on my feelings and thought about the field study that this teacher is focusing on performance based assessment that is interrelating to authentic one. The teacher had the assessment tool to know whether her students had achieved the skills and whether the student had developed it. 

Mastery is one of the objectives of this teacher and it’s nice that she inter relating the subject matter in performance based to authentic one. This performance based assessment really effective in this subject matter that teacher is assessing like this culinary arts that she thought. Performance based assessment yet cannot be used in all Subject because performance assessment depends on the situation of the subject matter and what the teacher aim to assess .

 In performance assessment, most likely hands on subject and skillful task that can be use in performance based assessment. In my conclusion this teacher that we observed is aiming for good one, she really use the best tool / assessing tool for her assessment and i learned from this. We must always inculcate to our mind that education primarily Role is intellectual development because If we aim to be an excellent teacher, we must always remember that assessment is about assessing the students whether they had mastered ,.whether they had learn and whether if there's a development because assessment should not be use as punishment. As future teacher we must used the best assessment tool that we can give to our students to be more effective teacher to be.
